Bought 4. 2 are dead after ~ 2 years.

I liked they were easy to install and compatible with Alexa

I had originally bought one plug and liked it so much I bought 12 more. Two months in 3 stopped working so the company replaced them no problem. Now I have one not working at all and haven’t heard back from customer support. Another keeps having a weak Wi-Fi signal. So when they work , they work great, but it seems like not for long.

It works very well but I did find it a little bit hard to get it all up and running. I have to install manually. I have all the lights turning on together. I am still trying to see how I can run seperate routines and am confused as to whether this is a learning curve with Alexa or with Aoycocr Mini Bluetooth WIFI Smart Socket Switch. I stumbled into them working together but after Christmas I will need to find out how to break the lights up into separate uses. They do make life so much easier and work great taking up much less space than the old-fashioned timers.

Bought these to control our Christmas lights. Tree outlet is behind the tree and a pain to get to. This was an easy solution to that problem. Also used the timer feature to control the outside lights and upstairs window lights. These worked great. Used the app to set timers and control them. Integration was super simple. Working great.

Have been trying to connect but its impossible. There is even some clicking noise on one if them. Afraid it will create a short.

I used this for outdoor lights that are plugged in indoors. Apparently it’s not recommended for external use. I also used it, rather than smart bulbs, for a lamp with more than one bulb. It works well with Alexa.

Two of the four have died in three months. Unfortunately, the second just after the return window closed. Very disappointing.

In terms of features these are great and setup was not difficult. My complaint is that I have had two (of 4) fail within four years. Perhaps Im asking too much but this was under light loads and I dont think the short lifespan is acceptable.

We had smart plugs earlier and the functionality was amazing nothing to complain. This new buy was the same. Timers work perfectly. This was bought mainly for Christmas lights and they were just functioning perfectly. Did use all, just 2 did it for me and they were perfect.
