Greater than one weekThis is my second Aoycocr WiFi plug. The first one gave me zero issues and I needed a second one so I choose to buy it again. I used one for my Christmas tree and the other for the outside Christmas lights. I choose evening and morning schedules plus names for them using the Smart Life app. I even installed the Smart Life app on the wifes phone so she could turn on the lights whenever she wanted. Everything worked flawlessly. I used this plug outside tucked under an eve for my Christmas lights. I worried moisture would be an issue but it was fine. Im already using the Smart Life app for WiFi lights throughout my house and the plugs fit right in with the line up. If you unplug it from the wall it goes offline until you plug it back in. Reconnect time is just a few seconds. I do have access to Alexa using my Fire Stick so I set that up as well. The grandkids had fun turning lights on/off with the remote. Great plug and simple to use.

> 3 dayAll set up 3 works great but one does not work the blue light will come on and it let me connect it to alexa but when blue light is on the power isnt passing through the plug to a lamp I have it plugged to I tried another plug on same lamp and it worked great then retried the faulty plug on 3 other lamps same problem so came to the conclusion that one of the 4 ifls faulty so deserves a 75% rating because 3/4s work great and 1/4 foesent work at all

> 3 dayHooked up to WiFi but only 2.4. There is an app you have to install to use the plug. Voice control...why bother? The app works as it should and the programs Ive input execute on time. I can switch it from the app if wanted. Very simple.

Greater than one weekThese are great and easy to setup/use. I have a pair of bug zappers and hooked them up in the bedroom and kitchen. Now when I see a bug buzzing around I just tell Alexa to turn on my bug zappers Alexa shields up! and zap! you plug them in, load their app, and its pretty straightforward from there. You hold the button down for 5 or 7 seconds to reset until it blinks then turn on your phone blue tooth for the app to detect and configure for your wifi network. Then link to Alexa and setup your routines. Note Amazon sent me a pack of used ones but since I could reset them and they seem to be working fine these past weeks that I did not knock any stars off as its Amazon and not the manufacturers fault, plus I hate wasting working products just because they are used but still look new (though it wouldnt hurt for amazon to knock a few dollars off). I do recommend this product if you are looking to control power for outlet devices that remain on.

> 3 dayI initially gave a 1-star review because it wouldnt work on a 5-GHZ network. Later research told me that almost none of them will, and even those that will dont work on the incredibly common Xfinity 802.11ac router/hub. I happened to encounter an Xfinity repairman working outside a neighbors house, and asked what to do. You can go into the Xfinity app and split your network to have a 2.4 GHZ component also. Its tricky to find, but it worked easily once I found it. Then, I moved all my Amazon Alexa devices to that 2.4 GHZ network. That was pretty easy too, once I did a bit of Google research. The last step was to temporarily put my phone on that new network also, and to install the Smart Life app that controls the switches. It was easy to detect and configure the switches, and also to link the account to my Alexa app so that it was seamless. It all works fine. Well see if I have the problems with random disconnects that others are reporting. So, now I have my PCs, tablets, printer and phones on the 5 GHZ network, and the Alexa and IOT (Internet of Things) on 2.4 GHZ. If this review was gibberish to you, then youll have to pay someone to set it up.
