09-06-2025Great range of colors but I would have preferred larger tubes and a fewer colors - I can mix to get various shades but the basic white, black, brown etc are important for large paintings. The quality of the paint isnt the issue, but the tubes are more like sample sizes.

> 3 daySorry for the bad swatches, but I really wanted to show what each color looked like. This set was worth every penny because you get colors that would take forever to achieve if you were to do mixing and I also like the color stories that were already set up for you in the box. My swatches are each color story that was premade. The gouache is very creamy, pigmented, and drys to a nice matte finish. They can be layered easily on top of one another and with the color range you can make alot of unique art pieces. Its important to note that even when watered down they still are pigmented. I highly recommend this set for beginners and those who arent a fan of mixing paint and just want colors laid out.

> 3 dayI have swatched the colors and am pleasently surprised! I have tried m graham too, the mixing set and think that this arteza set is better. Crazy right. The m graham is smooth and pigmented but 60 tubes vs 5 for the same price? The quality is good enough for sure the quality isnt like cheap dollar store paint just a little inferior to mg... But not much

> 3 dayI love these paints! After seeing many paintings done with gouache I decided to get them for myself. Ive bought other Arteza products before and really liked them, so decided to try this brand. Everytime I buy a new art supply I buy a small set, love the product, buy a bigger set, and the smaller one sits unused. Not this time. I bought the big pack and Im so glad I did! The colors are very vibrant and lay down so easily on watercolor paper. Im new to this medium, so Ive made mistakes on my color chart, but I still enjoyed making it. I definitely recommend this gouache :)

> 3 dayI’m painting a page a day on an interleaved bible and this gouache is amazing. The creaminess and vibrancy is on par with my Holbein gouache , I really can’t tell the difference except these are significantly better value. Seriously. For this box of 60 colors you can buy mayyyybe 4 tubes of holbein. And these layer beautifully and the color lays down in solid flatness that is the glory of gouache. Can’t complain about anything. Wish I discovered these before investing a good chunk of change in brand name gouache. To see more of how I use these colors check out at kittyliangstudio on the gram!
