I have on laptop that supports the 6e Wi-Fi protocol and about 25 and through at least one wall I am getting the full 800Mbs speed over Wi=Fi. I also have a total of about 35 devices hardwired and Wi-Fi and all is working well using an aimesh router in my garage. I was getting signal drops with my previous router and this one has been rock solid. Only down side is the cost.

I dont see all the hype that I researched into prior to buying this router. I was expecting to be blown away for spending this kind of money on a router with these specs. I had to call tech support and do some tweaking in the settings to get it to run faster speeds but this router is not as good as the 120$ tp link router I returned. Hopefully a update will solve all these problems because as of now I dont see this crazy price point justifying this purchase and Im debating returning it. I will update my review if anything changes...

The GT-AXE11000 is able to handle all my devices with no issues. Before I had network drops at least twice a week and a reboot was required to get things up an running again. The GT-AXE11000 is running my network with no hiccups for about a month. Now when the family get together no more network issue with sometime over 50 devices connected.

As we have 7 children on all kinds of devices it was a no brainer to get something like the Asus to help connect to the internet

This thing is huge! Right out the box downloads are above 900 mbps. The GUI has tons of options. It blew my Linksys AC3200 out of the water. Best download speed with my Linksys was about 500 mbps. I’m very happy!!

Its been over a month Since owning this router. Up until about two weeks ago It worked fantastically.i was reaching gigabytes speeds on my wifi connection. Now I can barely touch 300mbps. Ive gone through all the trouble shooting steps Ive completely factory reset the router and nothing seems to work.ive tried switching out the modem and that has not done the trick either.not sure what it could be but it looks like I need to call Asus for assistance which is a complete nightmare as described by others.

For context: I use this product with (1) an AT&T multi gig plan and (2) a set of ZenWifi Pro AXE11000s I order to create a true AiMesh system in a multi-story home (more than 2 stories).

Bought this router hoping it would provide better coverage in my 3BR split level home. It definitely was an improvement over the model before, AX11000. Across the house Im getting 800Gbps on WiFi which is a big improvement. Just better all around, wired and wireless, and stable so far after several months with updated firmware when released. I have not used the 6Ghz band much as my devices are not capable.

The trailblazing ROG Rapture GT-AXE16000 is the world"s very first quad-band WiFi 6E gaming router, delivering incredible speeds of up to 16000 Mbps. We"ve unlocked the full potential of the four frequency bands — 2.4 GHz, two 5 GHz bands, and 6 GHz to bring you the fastest speeds possible.
