> 24 hourThis would not maintain a good signal upstairs for us. Our house is not that large, around 1900 sq ft 1960s houseand this would not allow any devices upstairs to reach over 30 MBPS. Tech support decided we had a defective unit. We replaced it and it still had the same issue so we returned. Might work in newer homes,

> 24 hourThe performance Ive been getting on this mesh system has been pretty good. When using 6E for back haul it only allows for connections to base satellite unit which limits range significantly. Wish 6E performance was better.

> 24 hourUpdate 4/9/23.. I would love to get rid of this trash but they lost so much value that its not even worth selling them.. Noone wants it. Nothing less than a scam.

> 24 hourThis was my second try at a Mesh WiFi 6 router. The setup took about 5 mins. You have to set the satellites close to each other at first, which seem a little odd but you can move them where you like after that. It has a dedicated mesh 2.4/5 GHz mesh WiFi 6 system that works great. I pay for 200 Mbps and I get it. My first try was the night hawk from net gear and the speeds were up and down. I check my speeds at that the source, and it is consistent with phone app. You also can get up to six guest networks and assign them to the 2.4 or the 5 GHz channel. This is very nice if you have older camaras or devices that only work on the 2.4 GHz channel. The mesh system is designed to switch automatically, depending on where you are, not good for older device that only run on 2/4 GHz. The guest networks can be assigned. The parent control features are outstanding if you have kids. App is ok but there is no help to better understand the details on the screens. I prefer the computer interface, which is easier to navigate. I called the help line, and they were quick to respond and helpful with my technical questions. Once it is set up, you are done. I would recommend this product.

> 24 hourWhen it works, its great. But its plagued by constant crashes where the whole router reboots, taking down the entire network for a couple minutes. Support hasnt been any help either. I ended up replacing these with my old netgear wifi router and a tp-link 225 access point for additional wifi coverage.

> 24 hourJust purchased and set this up. The Asus ZenWIFI Mesh ET8 setup fairly quickly using the downloadable app compared to the PC interface, maybe since I was overwhelmed with all the selections. System came up and worked first time as my first Mesh router system, including the Firmware updates to both units. Once complete, connection of devices both wired and WiFi are working well. So far so good. Documentation as others mentioned could be better.

> 24 hourConnectivity started dropping about every 10 minutes. I work from home so had to run to get something else. Highly disappointed with reliability and when googling found this problem has happened with others.

> 24 hourAfter 5 months of owning this router I had to request and RMA as one of the router suddenly stopped working. Setting up the RMA was a nightmare as their reps. Additionally you have to ship both routers in for a repair even though only one is not working. I paid a premium for cheap service. I have done RMAs many times with Epson, Denon, Netgear, and Samsung throughout the years an nothing compares to the abysmal service ASUS provides.
