> 24 hourWould not work. Customer service wanted me to send it in for repair on a brand new product. I dont believe I will be looking at any of their products in the future.

> 24 hourAmazon has mixed apples and oranges with these ratings. The ASUS ZenWiFi Whole-Home Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi “6E” System (ET8 2PK) versus the ASUS ZenWiFi AX6600 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi “6” System (XT8 2PK), are two distinctly different products. I own the ASUS AXE11000 router, which I bought just for the 6E capability. Its Wi-Fi 6E is great if you are about 6 feet away. Its located in my basement and if I stand on the floor directly over where the router is located, I can see 6E nicely on my Samsung S20 Ultra. But move a few feet away and Im back to 5 GHz. Nice but no cigar. So in desperation I added the ASUS 6E pair. Both upstairs, and both as wired satellites. Bingo! My whole house now has 6E and my Wi-Fi speeds are as advertised. My Windows 11 PC with a 6E adapter now works too. I can recommend the 6E, ET8 2PK system, but know nothing about the ASUS XT8 2PK system. Amazon needs to separate the ratings for these two radically different systems.

> 24 hourSets up easily, offers bluetooth and app. WIFI 6 and mesh tech seem to distribute signal better throughout our older home and plaster walls.

> 24 hourTL;DR - Super good performance once you get it setup and nice mobile app, but glitchy setup.

> 24 hourThis is truly dumbfounding that an organization that touts excellence at all levels with their flagship offerings but do not as much as have the courtesy to get back to a customer that has had nothing but intermittent connectivity drops from day 1.

> 24 hourIf your having uplink issues whether on fios or cable internet, try turning off the 802.11ax setting in wifi menu and see if that works for you. I was having same uplink disconnects. Turned off ax setting and bam! No more issues whatsoever! This system is very reliable and fast now.
