> 3 dayLined up perfect with my HP g6 brackets. Glossy as advertised which im happy about. Wasnt the exact au optronics as used with HP. But it was a LG manufactured screen. So no complaints. No noticeable dead pixels. 60 bucks vs hos quote of 350+ . I definitely came out on top. Only complaint which is quite minor. The bracket screws didnt exactly go in easy at first. I got 3 out of four to fasten securely which was good enough for me. Thanks Amazon! And vivo technologies. Saved me hundreds!

Greater than one weekNeeded a replacement screen for my HP Pavilion DV6 laptop. It took about an hour to take apart and remove the broken screen, and about 45 mins to drop in this replacement. When I booted it up the first time I noticed 2 dead/stuck pixels right against each other so it looks like a speck of dust is forever on one tiny area - not enough to return but for $50 I wished it was a perfect, new screen - oh well its better than how it was.

> 3 dayThis screen wasnt exactly as described, I actually got a V6 instead of V2, which is fine because all connections are the same and its actually the latest revision of this monitor. LCD had no dead pixels, Glossy screen type, and everything hooked right up just like new! ***v0-v6 are all the same connection type just different revisions for anyone looking into this monitor***

> 3 dayBought laptop screen replacement in sale. Installed myself and saved hundreds of dollars. You cant tell the difference between the original screen and this general replacement. I would review instructions on how to replace for youre specific laptop, however it was easy for my toshiba c655.

> 3 dayI somehow cracked the LCD of my college sons laptop while on vacation. Considered buying a new one but found there are loads of replacement LCDs out there. This was certainly cheaper than buying a new laptop! Came in quick and fit perfectly. I will say that this installation is probably not for the everyday computer user. I am an IT manager and have built my share of computers but have never really done much with laptop displays. Watched a couple of you tube videos and although meticulous, the replacement wasnt too bad. The screen looks great and should now outlast the usefulness of the laptop in todays ever changing tecnological advances.

> 3 dayat the bottom of the description it says or compatible substitute which is what i got. i put it in and it works fine, had a couple dead pixels but nothing really noticable. delivered even on vetrans day hoah. color seems a tiny bit off but that could be because im used to seeing it on a flat screen tv, not a bad screen at all though

> 3 daySo our original laptop monitor cracked when it fell off the couch. At first we freaked out because we thought wed have to get a new laptop, but then I did some research and found I could replace the monitor. We have a Gateway Laptop NV53, and when I popped the monitor out it was a B156XW02 V.2. Looked it up on amazon, ordered it, swapped it with my busted one, and it worked like a charm!

> 3 dayThis screen was a huge money saver for me. It installed in just minutes and works perfectly, just like the original screen did before it was cracked. I was a bit worried as to how well it would be packaged, but it was very well packaged, and arrived just fine. And to think a repair shop wanted to charge over 200 just to replace the screen.

> 3 dayIf you have half a clue what you are doing it is GREAT! Very easy to change out, but if you are not used to working with fragile electronic parts I would think of looking at a shop to fix it. This is a great screen but you do have to be careful as with most all electronics and if you are not you could tear a ribbon cable. If you tear a ribbon cable (or connector for that matter) you may be looking at replacing the laptop anyway. If you are up to it, it is WELL WORTH the cost!
