AU OPTRONICS B156XW02 V.2 & V.6 with BOTTOM LEFT CONNECTOR LAPTOP LCD SCREEN 15.6 WXGA HD LED backlight (or compatible SUBSTITUTE LCD SCREEN)

Received the screen, installed it. Laptop ran for about 2 minutes before the backlight went out and now it wont boot at all. To clarify, its not that the display doesnt turn on, the device will no longer post.

I dropped the laptop a second time (while closed) and It spider webbed instantly. Before that though the screen worked great and had a good contrast ratio and color depth for the laptop i was using it in.{Lenovo Y570}

the screen arrived on time and was in very good condition, just as the posting said, and I was very please to get it and get my daughters computer back up and running...

You can use V.6 model in place of B156XW02 V.2 BOTTOM LEFT CONNECTOR. Everyone selling this item on Amazon, as well as the entire internet, states you MUST use a replacement screen with the EXACT SAME model number. WRONG!! This model actually works just fine. The seller sent me the V.6 instead of the V.2. I installed it instead of going through the hassle of returning it and it works perfectly. This is used for a minimum of 4 hours a day and has been for about a month. Hopefully, this review will save somebody the headache in searching for a replacement LCD.

The screen worked without a problem and was easy to install into my laptop. You just need to search in youtube how to dismantle the screen in case you have no experience with these kind of jobs.

MY LAPTOP IS ACER 5740-5513 AND THE SCREEN IS AUO 156XW02 V.0 . I THINK THIS REPLACEMENT SCREEN IS COMPATIBLE. THE SCREEN IS DELIVERED FAST AND LOOKS SAME AS THE BROKEN SCREEN BUT IS LG BRAND. AFTER INSTALLED , IT IS WORKING GOOD. IM VERY SATISFIED WITH IT.

seems brighter than the original Toshiba screen. however i have noticed a tendency for it to dim down a bit for no apparent reason and then spontaneously brighten again. would return it except for the fact that it is too expensive to ship back to the US from the Caribbean so I am praying it holds up otherwise.

I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a quick and easy fix. Watched a YouTube video and was able to disassemble the laptop screen in less than 10 minutes. Verified the part number and then ordered this screen. It arrived quick (Prime Shipping is Awesome!) and was super easy to install. I had my kids laptop up and running in no time. Product was packaged good and was is perfect condition.

My sister broke her laptop, so I told her I would try to fix it. All that was broken was the screen, so after doing some research I ordered this. Great screen, it came exactly as described. Looks exactly the same as the old one did, if not better. Just make sure you know whether you need a left connector or a right connector, because your laptop can only take a certain type, not both.

This screen was a huge money saver for me. It installed in just minutes and works perfectly, just like the original screen did before it was cracked. I was a bit worried as to how well it would be packaged, but it was very well packaged, and arrived just fine. And to think a repair shop wanted to charge over 200 just to replace the screen.
