It was like getting a new lease on life...At least for my laptop! Must admit to being a little hesitant at first. But finding and ordering the part I needed on Amazon was super fast and super easy. The product arrived, well packaged, and ahead of schedule. Although there were no instructions provided, I was still able to Google a number of You tube videos and follow along. Honestly, nothing could have been simpler. Now my beloved laptop is as good as new. A very satisfied customer...

My son managed to drop his laptop and crack the screen, we were told it would cost about $250 to have repaired. I picked up this screen for $58, it arrived quickly, very well packed and in excellent condition. Installation was a breeze, I crossed my fingers, powered up the laptop and we were back in business.

I dropped the laptop a second time (while closed) and It spider webbed instantly. Before that though the screen worked great and had a good contrast ratio and color depth for the laptop i was using it in.{Lenovo Y570}

came with a tiny pin hole on screen after setting up but you dont see it 95% of the time only when i start computer up or during certain background colors. I was just happy it came in one piece, with a good shipping time and my computer is back in action. I saved at least 400 bucks here,fix screen myself, I so cant complain.

I just got the screen and I replaced it. Everything seems find except I dont know why there is a letter A with red appears in the left corner of the screen its kinda big and its bothering me.So, I returned it back!

Fit great and works without a problem My one complaint is that the screen seems to have a bluish hue. White is not truely white. Some people would probably not even notice.

My sister in-law dropped her HP DV6 laptop (Model DV6t-6b00) and broke the screen. This replacement screen went in without any problems and fits perfectly. We thought the laptop was going to the electronics graveyard but it works fine now!

Received the screen, installed it. Laptop ran for about 2 minutes before the backlight went out and now it wont boot at all. To clarify, its not that the display doesnt turn on, the device will no longer post.

If you have half a clue what you are doing it is GREAT! Very easy to change out, but if you are not used to working with fragile electronic parts I would think of looking at a shop to fix it. This is a great screen but you do have to be careful as with most all electronics and if you are not you could tear a ribbon cable. If you tear a ribbon cable (or connector for that matter) you may be looking at replacing the laptop anyway. If you are up to it, it is WELL WORTH the cost!
