> 24 hourGood factory replacement, especially if you want to refresh your pads but dont want to change the sound profile of the headphones. Unfortunately one of mine came with a small tear, otherwise theyre fine. Not worth taking the time to ship back and wait for a new set, but its definitely disappointing, especially at this price point.

> 24 hourI initially switched my worn earpads for larger third-party earpads and realized how terrible a mistake that was for preserving sound quality. While they were amazingly comfortable they absolutely destroyed the sound of my M30X cans. I didnt find these Audio-Technica earpads in my first search for replacements so I didnt order these first, but my first choice of replacements were so terrible I scoured Amazon until these came up. If you want your sound to remain the same then do not buy anything else.

> 24 hourWhen it was time to replace my earpads for my ATH-M50X headphones, I started with a search on Amazon. The results turned up all kinds of non-Audio-Technica brands (these were way down on the list) offering a more comfortable alternative. The only complaint about the original pads were that they werent exactly super comfortable.

> 24 hourThe ear pads are comfortable for long periods and simple to replace. I give a low rating because of two things: 1) The price should be much less due to low quality. 2) They do not last long and frequently have to be replaced. The coating degrades, gets sticky and deposites black specks on the wearer and their shirt. The vinyl is very low quality, I expect more from Audio-Technicas engineers. Heck, why not make them from real leather.

> 24 hourThese replacement pads look great, feel great and made my M50 headphones (many years old) look like new. It has been many years since I bought these phones so I dont remember the sound when new, but the new pads definitely changed the sound compared to the old badly worn pads. The sound with the new pads has MUCH more bass, so I simply fixed that through the equalizer. The material of the new pads feels like the original pads which means they may also crack and flake after several years of use, it remains to be seen how they will wear. I recommend them.
