> 24 hourThe AV-E20-NDI PTZ camera was bought as a gift for our church. The set up was very straight forward. I had some issues connect a network controller plugin in OBS to control the PTZ part of the camera. Jenny from AVKANS was very helpful and help me set it up. She was very responsive to my emails and helped me get everything straightened out in the end! The image quality is great! WE used it for the first time at church and the difference from our 10 year old sony handycam is staggering (comparing apples and oranges, but still)! We love the clarity even when zoomed in (had a little trouble focusing, but it may be the amount of light that we had and how far we had to zoom in). I would definitely recommend giving AVKANS PTZ cameras a whirl, especially when trying to make a budget. I would love to have at least two or three.

> 24 hourExcelente cámara. Cumple con todas las especificaciones publicitadas. Es importante descargar el CMS software desde la página de AVKANS para poder configurar la cámara, sobretodo si se conectan varias cámaras a la vez. En general es un producto de excelente calidad, fácil de configurar y utilizar. Lo recomiendo altamente.

> 24 hourThese cameras are used at our woodturning shop to allow an audience to watch our demonstrations on large monitors. The image quality is very good and the pan, tilt and zoom functions are great.

> 24 hourBeautiful image with an optical zoom (so much better than a digital zoom that gets pixelated on other cameras) You can set it up ad-hoc to a ptz controller (via a crossover network cable), or via any cheap networking switch (via normal ethernet network cable). Default username is admin and password is 123456 - this part was not very clear to me but now that I know its all good. Support is quick to respond!

> 24 hourCamera came in very fast and had it working in no time..... With one issue, the camera and software worked but we use OBS for livestreaming! I emailed the seller to ask if there were any tricks..... Within the day, the seller had tech support on it. They worked with me over an hour until they gotmit working and it wasnt even a camera issue but more OBS. Even after that, they did a personal tutorial with me on some of the features! Incredible camera and customer service!

> 24 hourAs we all know customer support is a hit or miss thing. Most companies couldnt care less about you and a tech issue you are having. To my surprise, AVKANS is unlike them. Very good support. Had an issue the other day and sent an email to their support center. Within an hour I received a reply, setup a Teamviewer session, and had the solution that fixed the problem. All from halfway around the world!! I cant get a local support person from another company to help me from their center 5 miles away!! Based on this level of support, I would have to recommend AVKANS to everyone. The picture is great, the zoom is fantastic, and the tracking capability is beyond belief. Add to that the support level, you cant beat it.

> 24 hourThe design and quality of the camera are really good and strong and was easy to add to the Ndi network we use. Unfortunately the tracking function wasnt useful for us. Overall: the camera is a good buy but for our purposes (4K) not good enough. Interesting to see is that the software for the tracking seems to be identical to the Ptzoptics tracking camera !! But for a much better price :)

> 24 hourWorked okay, but the NDI feature is mostly worthless. The video quality over HDMI was fine, but via NDI it was not great (makes sense since its NDI|HX @ only ~10 Mbps vs. Full NDI high bandwidth at ~100 Mbps vs 2970 (!) Mbps for 3G-SDI). Whats worse is the control latency over Ethernet is way too slow, both via their own AVKANS CameraCMS as well as NDI Studio Monitor, both over Gigabit Ethernet. Part of that is the NDI|HX protocol itself (full NDI or at least NDI|HX3 is much lower latency), but even with a direct HDMI feed it was too laggy for my needs, so its definitely an issue with the camera itself as well. Saving presets helps of course, but sometimes things still need tweaking and it was a pain to do so. Unfortunately the cheapest Full NDI cameras are $1900, so Ill just have to go back to a non-NDI workflow, at which point you can spend a bit more than this and get even better video quality (and hopefully workable control latency).
