Ill admit, Im not up to date with technology, especially entering a new world of PTZ cameras and video production. I had a couple user friendly issues at first, but customer service went above and beyond to help me. I would bet money that no other company would assist you with their products better than AVKANS. Im a customer for life. Perfect for churches, Im personally using it for a professional wrestling production. Can we talk about how much money this thing is going to save me on having to hire another camera person? Also, the PTZ motor in it is extremely quiet. No vibration when in use. I am planning to buy another one soon.

This is a great little camera that makes it a snap to set up and stream or conference. I have installed several Avkans cameras and every time its easy quick and easy if I ever need help or a quick answer, they are there with help. The image on these is nice and sharp, they easily feed into equipment with multiple connections and controls. I did a courthouse setup, but they would great for a church or meeting room as well.

These cameras are used at our woodturning shop to allow an audience to watch our demonstrations on large monitors. The image quality is very good and the pan, tilt and zoom functions are great.

The camera is great. But whats better is the tech support! They saved my back side! It can be a bit daunting at first set up, but its to be expected. Great instructions and tech support was crazy fast responsive! So thankful I went with this name brand that stands behind their product and its application. I was very concerned Id be left in the dark if I got stumped on a detailed issue. But I reached out and in less than 10 mins I got a response. Thats service!

We bought this in December and mounted on the wall in January then middle of February the video output started shaking so bad we cant zoom in. But, we found out that it was the mounting causing the vibration. Once we mounted it on a flat surface it was not shaking at all. Customer service is also top notch and once you contact them for an issue they will respond right away. Theyre the one that suggested to mount it on a flat surface. They make sure youre satisfied with your purchase 100% and will troubleshoot with you if you have problem with your camera and even install. We are fully satisfied with our AVKANS PTZ camera and recommended it to other church in our district. 2 of the church that we suggested it to already purchased their AVKANS PTZ camera. Well buy the same camera again in the future.

When we first purchased this item we had a minor issue getting things up and running. Tech support was Johnny-On-The_Spot. Since then weve enjoyed its ease of use and quality of image. The only issue weve ever experience before was because of our pastor, not the camera. He gets so animated (moves around A LOT!) that the camera would occasionally lose him because it couldnt keep up. I dont think an $8000 camera could keep up with him then. That being said, once again, Akvans tech support came to our rescue. Recently we lost connectivity between the camera and the CMS software because of a provider change. I dont know who the tech was by name, but the person was able to log in remotely and fix the problem. And there was no long wait for the support. Within a matter of hours they got back with us, and once logged on, identified the problem and fixed it. A-plus tech support. They never leave you hanging.

I have been using many different cameras in the past, but this one is the best so far. I use this camera to stream to Zoom using OBS, and the main reason I decided to buy this is because you can use OBS to stream to different platforms. Recommend 10/10. And on top of all that the tech support is amazing, amazing response time.

Bought two cameras and we are looking to get two more! Quality and customer service has been great. Affordable and effective.

The camera is very responsive, I am thinking of adding more in the future for our church.
