Ill like to especially thank David, Bruce & Jenny for the support they gave via a remote session to resolve some connectivity issues between the joystick and the camera. They performed some troubleshooting, upgraded the firmware, and reconfigured where necessary. It was definitely needed because we had spent a few days trying to figure it out ourselves. We also found out that the camera sent was of a higher grade than the ones we ordered, so that was a plus for us. Overall, the customer service was great, and I recommend their product and services to anyone.
