After researching a number of other brands, I decided to stick with B+W. This is my second UV Hazw MRC filter and I have been very happy with them. They definitely keep dust, dirt, and water out of the lens. This was my main purpose for this filter. Arrived in excellent, brand new condition.

This was a gift for a budding photographer. She appreciated it and has no complaints.

Why spend hundreds of dollars on good glass and use a $5 filter. Bite the bullet for this high quality filter, you will not regret it.

Best UV filter onthe market. I have one of these on each and every one of my $$$$$$ lenses. The multi coating completely eliminates any reflections and the coating also repels dirt and/or moisture such as from light rain. Cleans very easily with a micro fiber cloth. This is a real precision German made filter and made with traditional German craftsmanship.
