Not the cheapest UV filter but one of the professional best. Have used B+W for 50 years. You dont want to put cheap glass in front of an expensive lens. Good value and hold forever.

You cant go wrong when you invest in quality and the B&W XS-PRO line is true quality. You cant buy better insurance to protect your expensive lens investment than this filter. Dont waste your time and hard earned money on cheap junk filters. Buy B&W and know you have the best. I immediately put them on all of my lenses as soon as they come out of the box.

Seit 40 Jahren schütze ich meine Objektive mit Filtern, bevorzugt UV. Die eigentliche Filterwirkung war mir schon zu Filmzeiten vollkommen egal, es geht mir um den Schutz der Frontlinse. Nicht gegen irgendwelche spitzen Gegenstände, Unfälle o.ä., sondern einfach weil ich die Linsen öfter einmal wegen Staub und Schmutz putze. Dabei verwende ich Lens Pens, früher Reinigungspapier, aber in jedem Fall reibe ich auf der Vergütung. Dabei ist es mir lieber, dass ich die Vergütung eines Filters potentiell verkratze als die Frontlinse meines Objektivs.

Use it for my DJI Inspire 1 Pro lens.

Used on Nikon 18-200 VR lens. This filter is a solid piece of camera equipment. What surprised me was that it fits more snug with the lens cap, then the lens itself.

Cant go wrong with B+W filters! I made the mistake of trying the more affordable filters and ended up replacing them with B+Ws once they started getting hazy. Save your money and do it right the first time!
