> 24 hourI bought this for my grandson. This has been a lifesaver. He absolutely LOVES bouncing in it. Its the only thing hell sit in for an extended period of time without fussing. He sometimes even takes naps in it. This is a must-have! I would give it more stars if I could!

> 24 hourAfter lots of research, we purchased this when our daughter was around 2 months old. Shes turning 2 YEARS old in a couple of weeks and this thing is STILL going strong! Our daughter has always loved this thing. We received those vibrating ones and so on as gifts but our daughter out grew them very quickly and they were unnatural per se. This one is much more natural, mimicking the womb as it bounces naturally without a motor. This benefit also keeps it light and easy to fold and carry. Our daughter uses this to lounge and watch TV or drink her bottle and nap. As she got older, we transfer her from this to her bed after she fell sleep. This cost A LOT of money! It was worth every penny. 2 years in and the quality you pay for is still there. I love how it can be washed so easily; since our daughter uses it often. Now were expecting our second child and were going to see if our daughter will share this with her new sibling. Its in good enough condition not to have to buy another one. One more thing - since our daughter is 2 years old - shes a big 2 - the size of a 3 year old; we now have to fold up one of her blankets and put it behind her head. This is because her head is against the railing as shes technically too tall for this. She doesnt care. A little soft blanket-pillow and she still lounges it in like she did as an infant. Her feet are on the floor and she cant get enough of thing thing. This was a fantastic investment. My husband will use his foot to rock her sometimes. Also, since its not bulky I can cuddle next to her on the floor while shes in it. Shes too big to be strapped in, but she doesnt want to get out of it anyway for the most part. As a toddler, when shes ready for bed, we know because she will put herself in it and say ready night night! The black color is also professionally looking and doesnt make our house look like it has a bunch of baby themed stuff; its a polished- professional looking style, not with a bunch of baby animals printed on it or something. Additionally, its not bulky. This thing is just perfect.

> 24 hourIs this pricey? Yes. It is worth it? Yes. We used to have a rock and play for my first child, then they were recalled. So we have this a go. It’s a nice comfy chair, but it’s hidden attribute is that if your little one is backed up, some gentle bouncing and gravity works magic on constipation, thus why we dub it the magical poop chair. Cons: Wish it was a buckle instead of a thing you slide through, it can be difficult at times and very difficult one handed. Also one more setting to be more upright.

> 24 hourWith my first baby I got a cheap bouncer seat with the vibrator in it available just about anywhere. It quickly became one of the more despised baby items and was donated. My experience with traditional baby bouncer seats is that babies do not like or notice the vibrator setting-its just a waste of money (they eat expensive batteries), they are bulky and feel cheaply made, they are very quickly outgrown, and are usually an eye sore (the baby stuff is cute at first but as a first time parent youll more than likely start to feel like you are drowning in a home full of cutesy baby things). The Baby Bjorn Bouncer resolves all of these issues and give you a truly durable and functional product well worth the money. The seat is preassembled (unlike most) which gives you one less thing to put together while preparing for baby-a big plus! It also collapses so that it can be stored very easily even in many narrow spaces. This is especially great when storing it for the next baby. I love that the seat design is simple, sleek, and light weight enough I can bring into any room of the house to have baby happily bounce right next to me. Another huge huge plus is how easy it is to wash. The cover simply slides off and goes right in the wash. No pulling or untangling the belt buckles to remove it-and it washes very nicely (i.e. No pilling!). Possibly what really makes this worth the price, is the longevity of use. Being able to use this through toddlerhood is what seals the deal-nor do I have to worry about my current toddler trying to use it when baby is not. I really wish I wouldve looked past the price tag of this seat with my first baby to see the true value in such a functional well designed baby product. Definitely a must have item for new (or new again!) parents! P.s. if price really is an issue consider buying an open box condition one from amazon for a great discount.

> 24 hourIf we could give this product ten stars we would. We had our first child in August and after the first month our pediatrician had us go to urgent care because “it isn’t normal” for baby to cry for six hours straight every day. Of course the urgent care doctor merely sympathized with us and told us to strap in for the next 3, possibly 6 months. Cue a casual menty B (mental breakdown) for mom. Our daughter hated the side to side swing another parent recommended, but liked when dad did squats while holding her - however dad said this was not a long term solution. Mom realized baby liked an up down motion - enter the Baby Bjorn Bouncer. Baby no longer fusses for hours every day - mom and dad now have some semblance of their mental health back. Our only wish is that it could be motorized, but on the other hand our calves are getting real swole.

> 24 hourAfter reading tons and tons of 5 star reviews, I just knew that I HAD TO HAVE this bouncer. And, like a fool, I spent $200 on a bouncer--only to buy a $40 Fisher Price swing a month later. Pros: very portable from one room of the house to another, not an eye sore, easy to wash, easy to get baby in and out Cons: very pricey, my daughter (3 months) does not move around enough to make it bounce much---and therefore, she becomes bored in it. Perhaps, once my daughter is older and tends to move more/is heavier, we might like it better. For now, I primarily use it when she is fussing and I am trying to get ready in the mornings...I just bring it in our small bathroom by our vanity, and I am able to bounce it with my foot while I fix my hair in the mornings.

> 24 hourThe smile on the babys face while sitting in the bouncer is the best rating assessment I can provide. This product is a winner.

> 24 hourI cant say enough good things about this bouncer - it was seriously the only thing chair we could keep my son in during the first 8 weeks that he would not cry in. Also, I have no idea why, but for some reason it was really helpful to him for gas / bowel movements. My husband and I called it the poop chair because anytime he was fussing over gas pains or hadnt gone yet, we could put him the chair, bounce him a little bit (which he was very happy to have us do) and the issue would work itself out. Its extremely portable and small so easy to move from room to room or even throw in the car and take with you and you can bounce it with your foot if youre eating / doing something with your hands. I seriously debated buying this chair just because it doesnt look like much and its so expensive, but it turned out to be one of the best things I bought. Highly recommend.
