> 24 hourI bought it on sale for $349. If it still were that price, I would have given it 5 stars. Its 60 Hz refresh rate is great for media content, productivity and fine for casual gaming, but those into competitive gaming may want something with a higher refresh rate. Then again, 32 4k monitors with 144 Hz refresh rates are nearly 3X the price at this time. Mine came with USB C cable and a mini-DP to DP cable, neither of which work with my video card. If you buy a new cable, make sure that it is good quality and supports 4K. A couple of old DP cables I had used for 1080P monitors did not work properly (a short one caused flickering and a long one did not work at all), but a newer DP cable I had lying around worked perfectly.

> 24 hourMaterials, features, quality and packaging are all top-rated. Absolutely no complaints on that. Or maybe one little thing: whenever it starts to receive input, it should show the resolution and refresh rate of the signal. That is extremely useful for pro and geek users. The reason Im giving 4 stars is that this monitor is slow to operate. It has 4 inputs - 1x USB-C, 1x DP, and 2x HDMI. Guess what? I use it with 2 devices and I need to switch input among them. The automatic input detection feature doesnt work because one device is turned on all the time (never stops sending signal). So I need to control manually. The buttons take 1s to answer, which is just too much for the smartphone era of responsive interfaces. And whenever the monitor looses signal because some device is turned off, the screen goes off (not blank - really off) and then there is 3s to 5s without any response from the buttons or for input to be detected. Painful! The monitor is also slow to detect resolution changes, which makes it bad for looking at workstation startup screens that switch between text and low-resolution screens. If you need to press a bios key, you have to know upfront or just plug a VGA monitor just for that. This seems to be a norm in the industry. Nobody cares about setup and configuration UX. They only care about image, refresh rate, etc.

> 24 hourThis was well priced for a 2K/27 inch monitor and provides a lovely, configurable picture. Has speakers, which I wanted, which is adequate. Doesnt have USB or usb hub which I would have liked. theres a sticky out bit underneath which looks like it would contain an IR receiver but doesnt seem to serve a purpose so just looks a bit ugly. Stand is sleek and sturdy. Overall recommended. n.b. Im on a mission to write genuine reviews (too many fake ones). I genuinely purchased this item with my own money without incentive or connection to the seller/manufacturer. If you find my review useful, please click helpful so I know, thanks.

> 24 hourI almost didnt buy these monitors due to some of the negatives. However, the reviews throughout the internet were right - these are great!. Very soft of my old eyes. The menu was very easy to use. Enough physical buttons to actually make sense - great job! I love the almost non-existent bezel - very thin. I highly recommend these!

> 24 hourI got this monitor for Christmas and I got to say I am really pleased with it. It really delivers what I was looking for. The colors are accurate and the set up is easy. On games I am use to the 60 refresh rate and found it to be free of anything that would subtract from the experience. I would recommend headphones as the monitor output sucks.

> 24 hourThe monitor was easy to set up and delivers a great image. Unfortunately after about 30 days of use it developed a vertical line with missing green pixels. I reported this to BenQ support along with a photo of showing the defect. They immediately offered to replace the monitor and pay shipping both ways. The new monitor arrived quickly and has been working great.

> 24 hourThe picture quality is superb. The audio turned out to be a big let down. I chased my tail for a week trying to get the monitors speakers to work. It turns out that you cant get there from here. The speakers will only work with a DisplayPort connection. A lot of PCs, like mine, dont have DisplayPort connectivity. And, you cant just buy an additional PC board with this connection because they dont exist. My PC has an audio-out 3.5 jack connection, but my Benq monitor DOES NOT HAVE a 3.5 audio-in! The solution is to buy some decent add-on PC speakers. Why Benq doesnt tell you about this problem up front is a mystery to me. And, I saw no mention if it in any reviews. If I had known about this issue, I probably would have bought the monitor anyway and not have wasted my time trying to get their speakers working. The documentation does mention that there can be some differences between some models, so I wonder if there is a model somewhere with an audio-in.

> 24 hourOk, these are really high priced monitors for my simple productivity - I wanted the real estate space. So, while I stream movies, I do not game. I have two of these attached to a Dock which I use to switch between my MacBook Pro and an HP Laptop (personal and work). I have one gripe and one recommendation. I simply replaced some ASUS monitors for these and now when I switch back to my Mac, often the screens switch L-R and R-L (invert). I can reset this in settings, which I do. But it is odd that the Mac cannot identify the BenQs to know which is primary and which is extend. As for a recommendation, it would be nice to have a button for screen set up that covers all settings for a certain mode. In other words, I do Streaming and can click on both monitors and both are set exactly alike. Programming two monitors step by step on each simultaneously is a pain and fraught with uncertainty. If the inversion were not happening, I would give it 5 stars even with the high price tag.
