> 3 dayVery sturdy and made the swing set strong. HOWEVER.... be prepared to “whittle” down the ends of the 4x4’s and 4x6. As they come from the store the lumber will NOT fit in the brackets. Had to shave off about an 1/8”

> 3 dayOverall all very satisfied. Brackets are very strong and should last for many years. I shaved the corners of the 4 x 4 post going into the brackets due to the welds in the brackets, only took a few minutes per post. I replaced the zinc lag bolts with galvanizes bolts, thought they would last longer going into treated lumber. Very satisfied with purchase.

02-06-2025It’s important to remember that when buying treated wood that it may need some time to “dry” out before trying to force it in the brackets. My brackets in this case were slightly bowed in the middle of the 4x6. I had to use a hammer to get the bracket on the wood pieces. Once you get it together it’s not going anywhere- crazy sturdy and love the swing set!
