These would have been perfect IF all of the openings were the correct size. We had to cut and sand down 2 of the 4x4s to get them to fit. We measured the bracket openings and 2 of the openings were off by about 1/8. Also the openings for the too beam were slightly off too. We didnt have to cut them but had to sand them and bang on each side about 10 minutes to get them in.

So sturdy and heavy duty, you won‘t have any problems with them lasting. Getting the posts into the slots can be some work though. And once assembled, getting it from a laying position to it’s standing will require a friend or two. Or watch an Amish barn-raising video on Youtube and figure out how to do it yourself, like I did!

THE EASE TO PUY TOGETHER AND HOW WELL IT WAS MADE

Brackets were great. Welds are clean and it includes the hardware. Easy to install. Be particular about the boards that you purchase. You may need to plane them from being wet.

As advertised and worked well. I had to replace the included lag bolts with a better grade because 2 of the originals broke. I also had to modify the 4x6 with a belt sander to get it to fit into one of the brakets. It looked like it had way too much paint on the inside and I had nothing that would get into the area and knock down the thick paint spots, so I made the lumber fit.

Used the hardware to make a spring pole for my dog. So far it’s holding up well. Super easy to assemble. I used a 4x4 on top (like 20$ cheaper) so I had to pilot I couple extra holes on the bracket. Would definitely recommend using the 4x6 like it says for the best support.

Great thought, but the holes are not big enough to allow the post to slide into the brackets. It took beating and beating and beating and a little more beating with a sledge happier to get the post into the holes where they belong. The holes need to be made a tad bigger!

These are the perfect heavy duty brackets for the swing set I just built my Granddaughters! Made the task easy with a perfect fit! The durability gives me peace of mind while theyre swinging away! I totally recommend these!
