> 3 dayWeve been using this in our great room for a few months now and love it. I noticed some reviews mention it being very loud but I havent found that to be the case at all. When it is on Auto I cant even hear it running. With that being said it is louder when the light turns red and it is actively trying to purify the air due to some odor/pets/cooking/etc. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and how it is working. We can tell a marked difference in our home.

Greater than one weekSo far I’ve noticed such a difference in air quality. My room smells fresher and I’ve been feeling better. My building has water damage that is being fixed this year, but in the meantime, there’s quite a bit of mold built up in the windows and dry wall. I was looking for an effective air purifier and this one seems to be a great fit for my needs

> 3 dayThe unit blueair 311 seems to be working well. However I had to contact the Blueair customer support because getting pre-filter replacements is next to impossible. I was told things that were not true by their customer service representative. Told the blue 311 and 311 auto are the exact same size and so are the filters. That is NOT the case. Trying to get exact information was a game of half answers. I am not sure if these models are being discontinued in favor of the newer hi tec ones but trying to find filters and covers is nearly impossible. (They are the first step in the filtration process) I could not find them available even on the Blueair page. Representative said they were out of stock to try again in 2 weeks how do you not carry these for your customers? No covers for either model? I am now concerned about my purchase from them.

> 3 dayAfter just a few hours running, my room smelled fresh. Very easy to use, extremely quiet running. Night mode is great as there are no lights to disturb your sleep. Im definitely considering purchasing an additional unit for other rooms.

> 3 dayI love this thing. Ive used the 411 for years, and actually treated our home to a second one for the living room next to the dog toys, which can collect dust, dander, and everything else that goes along with having a shedding outdoor pet. Its whisper quiet (so quiet youll wonder if its working -- but I promise you, it is!) and easy to move around if, say, youre painting a room for a day. My only balk with the product is it has a light that stays bright as long as its turned on. As a light sleeper, this can be distracting. I fixed it by taping over the light. But Id love to see a dimmer or auto-off mode after its been running for 5 mins. Otherwise, a terrific product at a fraction of the cost of competitors. Especially with the northeast coated in smoke right now, I can breathe easy knowing my family is surrounded by quality air. Stock up on filters, too! Youd be surprised how infrequently people change those things, and thats what makes these things work so well.
