I applied this to my legs to prevent chafing and I still got chafed up.

Works well, I used to get like dry/cracking skin in my inner thigh/gouch area? Like you know where the thigh meets your taint? Idk but thang works.

For starters, I’m 180lbs. I’m skinny thick. My thighs are bffs and rub together a lot in shorts. I bought this before I went to Disney World because it’s hotter than you-know-what down there and I wanted to wear shorts. Obviously, I knew we were going to be walking a lot. I applied once in the morning and I never had to reapply. Read that last sentence again. This stuff is gold in a tube. Buy it. Oh, and love your thighs. I promise you they’re perfect whether they’re thick or thin.
