For starters, I’m 180lbs. I’m skinny thick. My thighs are bffs and rub together a lot in shorts. I bought this before I went to Disney World because it’s hotter than you-know-what down there and I wanted to wear shorts. Obviously, I knew we were going to be walking a lot. I applied once in the morning and I never had to reapply. Read that last sentence again. This stuff is gold in a tube. Buy it. Oh, and love your thighs. I promise you they’re perfect whether they’re thick or thin.

Roll this stuff on every crease and you will still sweat but you will not itch or chafe. Both my husband and I use this daily in the summer, in the south and it works like a charm!

Dont understand the negative reviews. Have used for years religiously. Great for running, workouts, or just when you are going to active walking etc (vacation). Also have used for kids so no swimsuit rash 10+ hrs on beach. Fairly water resistant, have also used when donning wetsuits for diving etc. Ive never had a an issue with it staining, and if Ive forgotten to use it, have applied on friction rash and immediately it feels better and keeps it from getting worse.
