I randomly found out about this product one day when I was working in the city, I walked about 12 miles a day for my job and we had to wear cargo pants. This product saved my life! I have been using it for about 7 years now and would not waste my time trying anything else. Wether it be preemptive use to avoid chafing or fixing it after it has already occurred it totally works. Bottom line... At least with me and the way I use this: no chaffing and no blisters. Yes... I put this on all the blister hot spots on the bottom of my feet, and I have never had one since (even after a 30-mile+ day!). I recommend buying two and marking one with a large A for... well... you bottom.

Every now and again I try to save money by buying the alternative. But they just aren’t the same. 4 stars cuz it’s pricier that I feel it should be. But it beats paying for something and hating it just to come back and get the good stuff. Save your money and just get the body glide.
