This stuff really works. I put it on before my ten hour serving shifts and have no chafing.

Ive purchased many of these over time. As a runner it is one of the necessary items to have to not have a bothersome run. Just a quick swipe or two on each inner thigh gets the job done. Ive never had to reapply even on a 10+ mile run. Works great everytime.

I used to always wear workout capris or pants outside in the Texas heat because I have thick thighs, and chafing is no joke. But my friend who is a marathon runner told me about Body Glide and I gave it a shot. It literally changed my wardrobe game. I can wear dresses without spanx bc my thighs dont rub and chafe anymore. I can wear shorts out in the heat bc Body Glide prevents my thighs from rubbing and chaffing. I just cannot say enough good things about this stuff. Buy it, you wont regret it!

I use it on my inner thighs before running/jogging, and I use it on my daughters feet where she gets blisters from some shoes. We havent had any more blisters or chafing since we started using it. I have purchased it again and again and recommend to everyone.

good product to protect

So I was so excited to try this and bought 2 thinking it would come in handy for the summer. The first day I wore it at Universal Studios was horrible. It didn’t work and caused severe burning pain on my inner thighs. For three days the entire inner thigh on both legs was purple and painful. I’ll never use it again!

Usually love this stuff. These were dried out and cracking like old deodorant.

Not a fan. Its really rough to put on. It doesnt just glide on.
