I use it on my inner thighs before running/jogging, and I use it on my daughters feet where she gets blisters from some shoes. We havent had any more blisters or chafing since we started using it. I have purchased it again and again and recommend to everyone.

Ive been using this stuff for over a year and wish every day I had known about it sooner. I used to always wear workout capris or pants outside in the Texas heat because I have thick thighs, and chafing is no joke. But my friend who is a marathon runner told me about Body Glide and I gave it a shot. It literally changed my wardrobe game. I can wear dresses without spanx bc my thighs dont rub and chafe anymore.
