Bottom line... At least with me and the way I use this: no chaffing and no blisters. Yes... I put this on all the blister hot spots on the bottom of my feet, and I have never had one since (even after a 30-mile+ day!). I recommend buying two and marking one with a large A for... well... you bottom.

Love this product... I get rashes where my stomach hangs and sometimes in groin area.. This product not only prevents rash but also heals it quickly... Nothing ive tried does this so completely ... Love it

Great for preventing monkey-butt while riding dirtbikes. Mandatory for me while riding long, long days in Baja, or just for longer races and rides with the bros. Easier and cleaner than the old vaseline method and less likely to goop up your gearbag or get you those funny raised eye-brow moments as youre gearing up. Ive made several purchases now over the past 3 years and had no difficulty or quality issues.

Its a little greasy but it stops any chafing I have while Im at work or working out

This is a nice product to help prevent chaffing. As an Army veteran and retired LEO, it helps if you have gear rubbing you. I never needed for running or working out, but I used it at class, where we were in and out of saltwater in BDU’s for a week. It really helped with wet uniforms rubbing or salt crusty ones rubbing. You may need to reapply if your doing heavy activity, but in general it withstands a lot of abrasion , before it rubs off. Its small enough that you can carry it with you, if you think you need to reapply. Not greasy, doesn’t stain and no smell. Good stuff.

This product is worth its weight in gold! A quick application before activity and you are protected. Best product Ive ever used to prevent chaffing. There is also a ladies version sold in a smaller pink size.
