Greater than one weekIt is ok. Keep in mind to bring two spare batteries when you fly. You cant endure the noisy sound from the propeller if you get used to noise canceling.

> 3 dayThe noise reduction is overwhelming!! The headphones are comfortable for long periods of time and adjust easily. The microphone is clear and can be positioned on either side of the head, whatever you prefer. Overall there is nothing better on the market!

I returned them back to Amazon and while awaiting my refund they said the item I shipped back did not match the serial number. Then they said it was a completely different item. When I asked them what they received they couldn’t tell me, asked them to send the package back to me and they said they destroyed it.

> 3 dayI am a major airline captain, have used this headset for 4 years. Very good quality passive and active noise attenuation (NA). Twice the active noise attenuation has failed. First repair went very smoothly. Second repair was simply beyond imagination - service department rep failed to make the smallest effort to annotate what the problem was for the repair tech (after a very detailed discription of the problem from me). The repair tech made no effort to diagnose the product, justed noted the batteries were weak and replaced batteries as the cause of the problem and called it good. NA light continues to fail (turn off after just 120 seconds). Supervisor said no loaner and no cord with Noise Attenuation module available - have to send it back again. If you buy Bose, I suspect your NA will fail at some point and you will need a back up headset if you fly for a living.
