> 3 dayIf you are a DC user looking into an upgrade but unsure because of the cost I will tell you now it’s so worth it. The noise cancelling is amazing, the bluetooth comes in handy for music and you even get phone calls and can talk to people while in the air. Great buy I will never switch back

The pricing was consistent with a new product. This is not accurate or correct. It should have been indicated as a return / replacement item from the manufacturer.

> 3 dayIve used Bose headsets for 15 years. Decided to step up to the A20. Nicely made, good features, light and comfortable. The ANR is excellent. HOWEVER, the right side speaker and volume controls were inoperative. Not what I expect from a very expensive piece of equipment. Customer service was excellent and shipping paid. Havent been returned after 2 weeks though....
