> 3 daySteel wool of this type has so many uses. Love to use it on my wood to remove finger prints and keep the shine of the original wood. Also love to use it on my stainless steel sink for keeping it shiny.

> 3 dayThis steel wool is great. No oil, so no contamination to your finish by the oil that is used to manufacture steel wool. With this (0000), I apply a new coating of dark stain (apply along the grain, not perpendicular), then buff it and move on to the next section. One caveat, if you’re using Briwax make sure you have plenty proper ventilation!

> 3 dayI used this product for burnishing a marquetry picture that I had made. It takes the mirror-like finish of 100 grit paper back to a Matt satin finish which is what I was trying to do. I had to experiment a little before getting the finish but that was probably because Id never used wire wool before.
