Just received. So far very impressed. Even handles my 85 lb card stock in single sheets when needed. Had a number of printers over 30 years. And a couple of the cheaper workhorse brother printers. So far this seems the best as long as it last.

Replaced an older Brother printer with this unit. Hardest part of the setup was removing it from the shipping box. Once it was connected to the computer it was ready to print. Print speed much improved over my old printer and the print quality was much better.

This printer is a piece of junk and Im furious. Bought it hoping to finally get a wireless printer that works, and it doesnt. Have been on the phone with Brother for hours, and they cant figure it out either. Wont stay connected to wifi, wont print, stays stuck on receiving data. What a bummer. And now it is past the time Amazon will let me return it. Dont buy this, and if you do, be sure to return it right away!!! Update: Ive let it sit around for a year now, trying to get it to work off and on. Time on the phone with Brother. Nothing works. It will not print wirelessly, and it will not print with cable hook up. Wont buy a Brother again.

I like Brothers product. Havent used it a lot.

I had the printer for two months and now ink leaks all over the paper. I have been using their cartridges. The cartridge that came with the printer I havent even changes yet. Not sure what to do and I cannot return it now.

Exactly what I expected. Prints quickly and great quality. I purchased an additional tray and set up was simple.

Zero stars is not an option when reviewing products and services. Do Not buy this printer made in Vietnam. I plugged it in straight out of the box following instructions and all of my electronics, lights and everything that was plugged in surged with power spike. Tried many different power outlets and even tried using a power strip with same results. Waste of my time! Sending back to Amazon for refund!

Great printer and delivery was excellent.

We may be paying a few more bucks a year printing to this over the huge high end copier in our sales area. The copier is designed for big complicated print jobs not day to day office printing so I had to constantly support it. I bought this and took away the big printer to all except those that need to print the marketing materials. The little printer cranks out the B&W copy at as good or better than the copier and saves me a crap load of hours each month.

Excellent printer had it for a year and still using the trial toner that it came with. It connected well with my home wireless network. I can print from all of my laptops and even my cell, I dont know anything about setting up hardware and have no idea how I did it but it works.
