Brother Monochrome Laser Printer, HL-L5200DW, Wireless Networking, Mobile Printing, Duplex Printing, Amazon Dash Replenishment Ready

I PERFORMED THE FIRST FEW STEPS AS INSTRUCTED. With out getting to register or insert paper (only removing shipping tapes & silica) the printer gave a message that drum was not installed righ... re inserted several times then msg changed to PAPER JAM but no paper was put in YET. I cannot get the printer beyond that msg regardles of you tube videos and further instructions.

We bought this printer for our cabin over a year ago. It does not get used much but that does not affect the printing. Our inkjet needs cleaning every time it isnt used for a couple of weeks. It prints fast. Its quiet. I love the printing on both sides. Easy set up. The size is okay. It is only black and white...but we dont need color. Ive printed velum and card stock in the printer. Its all good. I recommend this printer.

The main issue I have with this WiFi printer is that is doesnt connect to my new Eero Wifi mesh setup because the printer requires a less secure Wifi format. :(

Great cost effective printer

Replaced a color inkjet (Canon MG6120) that was constantly out of one ink tank or another. Cost per sheet on this printer comes out to be between 1.7c and 2.2c, inclusive of drum and toner costs. The variance comes from which toner refill you get. The cost on the color inkjet was significantly higher at just under 5c per sheet.

I needed a printer to print from my cell phone thru my WIFI. This one works very well and was easy to set up. As a factory recon, I took a chance on it. Glad I did!

printer had to be returned power problems

I bought this printer for home office use for when I work remotely. I use a brother printer at my office after, having used HPs for over 20 years. I find them to be more user friendly and able to handle the printing volume for an insurance office. The first thing that I noticed is the packaging - the unit comes in a sturdy plastic bag with handles for easy removal from the box. Some thought went into this by Brother as it is usual to have to pry the equipment from the box along with all the styrofoam packing. Well done and thank you! Set up is easy and youre ready to print. If I were to nitpick, I asked Amazon to ship the printer in an Amazon box so that people wouldnt know what it is as it sat on my front step upon delivery. No additional packing was done, only the Brother box with the pictures on the sides. Im happy with my purchase and would order from Brother again.

Use it a lot with no issues

I like Brothers product. Havent used it a lot.
