Brother Sewing and Embroidery Bobbins 10-Pack, SA156,Clear

Item as described, just like the ones that came with my machine (XR3340). More expensive than the generic brands on Amazon, but after having tried purchasing generic ones and finding them utterly defective and useless, I spent the extra money for these and they are perfect. I recommend it!

Did the job

Ive tried a few other one size fits all bobbins and nothing quite works in my Brother machine. These are a perfect match for the bobbins that came with it. So glad to have a few extra full bobbins at the ready when I start a large project!

I have a Brother project runway CE1100prw which a friend gifted to me after she found sewing was not her thing haha. Sadly she had lost all the bobbins so I went down to the sewing store and they gave me the wrong dang bobbins (not these). I used them for quite awhile and though they got projects done they were always wobbling and noisy, and knotted the thread on occasion. I thought I just didnt have a great sewing machine. Then came the day I decided to buy some more and found out I was using the wrong ones! And in ships these. They seem to be very good quality, and work well. Wound thread nicely, and fits/works perfectly in my sewing machine. Its like I bought a new one! Very glad I decided to get these

These bobbins are identical to the ones that sell for about 10 cents each, but I was having problems with my machine, so decided to try bobbins made by the company. They work just fine, too. There is technically no difference in the bobbins.

I struggled with finding these model bobbins in Joanns for years. They kept telling me a certain universal brand would work, but when I went to use them, bobbin issues would abound. It was annoying to the point that I thought I needed a new machine. It wasnt until I was looking for singer bobbins that the sales lady leveled with me. She asked me what bobbins I was looking for, I said ones for a singer, and she said, good, we dont carry any other type. I order these when I got home, tested them out when they arrived, and promptly returned the singer to Joanns once I realized my bobbin issues were a thing of the past. TL;DR: These revived my nearly 10 year old ce-4000 and let me avoid a costly mistake!

Brother Sewing and Embroidery Bobbins fits my Singer 4423 sewing machine. The cheap generic non name brand ones are too big for the machine. You can substitute Singer with Brother.

I purchased another, well known cheaper brand but it did not work properly. This is exactly what I needed for my Brother sewing machine without spending too much money, since some items are hard to find during the pandemic.

After purchasing a new sewing machine, I also needed new bobbins that were the correct size. These worked great and were just as advertised.
