Brother Sewing and Embroidery Bobbins 10-Pack, SA156,Clear

I live in Hawaii and have limited fabric stores. I bought bobbins at a fabric store on the mainland that said they would work on my Brother sewing machine but they did not. So I ordered on Amazon. These work great.

Listen, when your sewing machine manual tells you to only use one kind, pay attention. I bought some that I thought looked exactly the same as the ones that came with my machine (Brother LS590), but right from the start I had tension issues. So I ordered a set of these and my tension problems cleared right up. So IT REALLY MATTERS. Just because other bobbins are plastic and look to be about the same size, doesnt mean they will work properly with your machine. I dont know exactly what it is that makes a difference, I just know that it does. And this 10 pack is cheap enough that theres no good reason for not keeping extras on hand. If you arent sure, you can probably find an e-version of your manual on-line. Brother has them on their website. Sewing machines can be very fussy about bobbins. As per my Brother sewing machine instructions these are the ones that work perfectly.
