The only gripe I have is that it got hung up in the bottom of the cylinders and at one point it pulled one of the nylon bristles (with the balls on them), partway out, so that it was longer than the rest. I had to cut it off. Perhaps there is nothing to be done about this, but it was constantly getting hung-up in holes and crevices at the base of the cylinder.

Works very well - easy to use if careful.

I have a 3000 mile freshly rebuild 355 sbc. Went with new rings rods and pistons.. A quick Hone to knock the glaze off was exactly what it needed. Does a great job !!

Does an excellent job honing cylinder walls. Makes it easy to get a perfect cross thatched finish. For this price it is a very good tool.

did what i wanted. i use constant water vice oil for honing since i want to get rid of the what im scraping off. this was a little big for my little guy (1989 CIVIC HATCH) but it worked perfectly. and it doesnt look like it is worn out so its not one time use. unless you are trying to take off alot of material.
