Can be a little to remove if you havent done it before but, lessons learned and works great.

Fits our standard small trailer water heater. Installation was easy.

An RV salesman told me a few years ago that the Atwood doesnt need an Anode rod because the tank is glass lined. HE WAS WRONG. Sprung a leak in the nipple end of the tank at the water connection. The tank is glass lined but not the water connection part of the tank. Ate holes right through the nipple end.

Install easily. Working great so far.

Ive only had my TT for 6 months. Spent a total of 14 nights in it. I pulled out the factory magnesium anode and it was almost corroded halfway through near the threads and was so full of holes probably a third of the total mass was gone. That says nothing about this product I know. Im just saying check your anode! My understanding is that aluminum is better. I can tell you the threads on this product were clean and well formed and I feel good about getting good long life out of it.

Thought price was for two but i was wrong. Like to replace very 2 years

These are a real must! I will be ordering the version with the twist knob in the middle next time instead of taking the anode out every time to drain the tank. Very please for the price and fit perfectly, good product and obviously works right away on the first trip!

No one knows you have to replace these twice a year in a RV or trailer but super important! So easy to change it yourself. Order one before you need it!

This anode installed well and it was recommended to me by other campers so I can only assume they work well. It got good reviews from others. Ill be able to tell more about how well it performs next year when I remove it and see how much of it is left.
