Aside from the strong and seemingly durable connectors, the most important aspect of this hose is that it adds no smell or taste to the water. Far better that the white hoses with a blue line.

I searched Outdoor hot water hose and this hose was number 21 of resulting products. Looks like a good quality hose, but small footnote underneath the product label says Not designed for use with hot water. Bought this to deliver hot water from a portable water heater to an outdoor shower. When the hose got a kink on my first use, I started reading the fine print. I scoured the item description online and theres nothing that says Not designed for use with hot water. Such a simple disclaimer that would have saved me time, delays and frustration and saved money for the company. Now theyre paying for return shipping and wasted resources to repackage/restock/reship. So easy to just include complete packaging pictures. Shame, shame.

I’ve had this for years I’m im just now catching up on reviews. Mine has lasted through heat, and freezes for 5 years or more and still going strong however I do store it out of the sun

Every RV owner needs a quality water hose. I am very good about separating my drinking water hose and other hoses. I have a filter attached to my house. I don’t drink the water that comes into the RV from the faucet. However, I still want very clean, sanitary, water coming into my sink and my bathtub for washing and bathing. This is a must have for all RV owners.

I bought this hose to use for the fresh water connection to my travel trailer. I got the blue just to be different from folks who buy white. The hose is really well made. I doubt it will ever fail me...especially since I have a pressure reducer that I put between it and the RV park supply hose bib. However, the hose is pretty stiff. It is not so bad during hot weather, but during our mild Florida winters, it is difficult to roll up enough to stash in a plastic container for storage under the trailer. I have had to bring it inside my house when I returned from a trip and let it warm up so that I could coil it properly for storage.

I used this hose to build my winter-camping (cold weather) freshwater supply hose. I followed the RVGEEKS video on how to use heat tape to keep your water supply from freezing up (also see my review of M-D Building Products 64444 30-Foot Pipe Heating Cable for some slight diversions from the RVGEEKS video). The cost of building my own winter hose includes the cost of this Camco hose, the heat tape, foil tape, plus good quality pipe insulation is probably on par with buying an already-built heated hose from Amazon or Camping World. Why did I do it? Because I have read too many bad reviews about the off-the-shelf heated hoses. Many people claim they didnt work and that the valves in the hoses popped off. So Im trying my own build. I saved a little money, and I enjoy these projects anyway. Hopefully my setup will prevent water freeze-ups for the rare times when Im camping in sub-freezing weather.

These are the way to go! You can order them in many lengths and they are pretty serious as far as a hose goes. They are very well made. The and are super strong. I purchased two 25 foot for a class b RV so when I only need the short length I use one but if I need long I can hook the two together. They roll up nice and small and take up very little space.. At first they do really like to stay rolled up. You for sure need to wear them in some because they are so well made.

Nice quality, no kinking design. Far better than the white hoses I replaced with it. I installed quick disconnect fittings to make it easier to add this one to a 10 foot version I bought a year ago. All we need for our RV water connections

Unfortunately due to the packaging I didn’t notice this had two female ends until we were at our campsite, making me have to drive back into town to buy a cheaply made but expensive one from farm supply store. Make sure you check yours before getting on the road.
