Greater than one weekI dont use this for a watercolor painting per say.. it wont hold up for a heavy wash. but I use it for a pen and ink with a lite wash and its good for that. and you cant beat the price. I can save my arches or saunders for paintings. It came 3 days late though. I needed it when Amazon said it would be here. I had to teach a friend with my Arches, not this good practise paper. This is worth buying because its better than other non cotton paper.

> 3 dayI originally bought this paper for my kids and I to make watercolor valentines, but we have all used it for several paintings since. Im a beginner, but thought this paper was just the right thickness and was enjoyable to paint on. One piece of paper made 4-6 valentine cards which was nice, or we used the full size page for other projects. I used Loew Cornell watercolor cakes on it. Will definitely purchase again!

> 3 daySurprisingly good paper. I do a quick light wash on the paper before using and the curling has been minimal. Gave 4 stars because it doesnt seem to handle removal of paint that well. For me its nice practice paper and thats what I was looking for.

> 3 dayI am very pleased with the quality and the pricing of this lovely and very well-made watercolor paper. The soft, off white tint is very pleasing. The texture is a pleasure to work with. It handles water well and will flatten after drying under some weight without leaving warps or buckling. It erases nicely without loosing surface composition. I tested the outcome against several much more expensive papers I had on hand. I was surprised to find that this $5.97 packet of 30 9 x 12 pieces performed the best. Even for beginners, it makes such a difference in the outcome to work with the proper materials. This Canson XL series is now a stock up item for me.

> 3 dayThis is a nice pad of watercolor paper. 30 sheets for under $6.00 makes it a great choice for card making. I used my paper cutter to cut each sheet in half and painted my Christmas cards this year. It was fun, and everyone loved them.

> 3 dayCanson XL pad is a great and affordable option, I plan to use when making cards using stamps and watercolor. I dont want to use expensive watercolor paper on a card because I know some people dont save their cards. My first Canson XL pad had the cover and cardboard completely separated from the paper along with a long tear along the spine in shipment because it was just bouncing around in the box with my other items. The process for a replacement with Amazon was easy and the replacement came in a bubble envelope with a barely noticeable dented corner.

> 3 dayGreat value for the money! I use it to mostly practice my watercolor paintings, and to paint final hobbyist art pieces. With too much water it can be warped, but its expected. Will buy again!
