> 3 dayMy 3 year old twins would not stop turning their light on and it became a bedtime game. (Not a very fun one for mom and dad) Their little fingers cannot flip the switch now! Lifesaver

> 3 dayPurchased this in hopes it would help curb the nighttime monkey business going on in my 2 1/2 year-old twins bedroom at bedtime. It worked just as I had hoped! No more shenanigans! Not much they can do in a dark room besides go to sleep. Yay! Easy to install and easy for adults to use. Not so much for tiny little fingers.

> 3 dayWe had to rearrange my childs room to fit the toddler bed and the crib in there, meaning that the toddler bed was now directly under the light switch and my kid was playing with it at bedtime. This protector works great. Kiddo quickly realized couldnt reach the switch anymore and after 2-3 days gave up. It is easy for me to turn the switch on and off (after I got used to the cover). I like that it is clear and I hardly notice it anymore. I would recommend. I do think in a year kids fingers will be long enough to reach, but for now works great.

> 3 dayWe purchased two of these guards after our cats, who apparently spent their idle time while home alone thinking up new tricks, figured out how to turn on the hall lights, and wed frequently arrive home to find the lights had been switched on, burning for who knows how long. The grownup humans in our home are all shorter than 53 and are fairly short-fingered, and we do find the length of the covers pose a slight challenge for us to reach up/down into. Weve found the best way to reach the switch is a good ol middle finger salute. While we have no children in the home, we can imagine from our own experiences that kids are very, very unlikely to be able to get at any light switches covered with these guards. These switch guards have been effective, worked like a charm, fully meet our needs. The cats have since moved along to learning to open closet doors instead.

> 3 dayIts basically a screw-on plastic channel that prevents a childs hand from being able to flip the switch. For our toddler it works fine because she has to stretch her whole hand to reach. It basically takes an adult finger to reach up or down to flip it. Installation was easy. It just screws on the top of the faceplate using the dames screws that hold it on in the first place.
