Child Proof Light Switch Guard - for Standard (Toggle) Style Switches

At our new house we have a gas fireplace which with a 3 & 4 yr old I was less than thrilled...of course they immediately began flipping it on & off...so I found this! It works mostly for my littlest who doesnt even bother trying...my 4 yr old of course figures it out quickly lol but she is definitely leaving it alone...this is perfect to keep little hands off of switches

So I purchased this for a light switch that controls my deep freezer. My family kept turning off the switch and ruining all my meats and icecream. I dont have another option to move this freezer so I decided to purchse this cover for the light switch. It is AWESOME. It is clear so not noticable but does the job. There is no way to accidently turn this switch off, you now have to force the cover off to switch it off which is exactly what I was looking for.

We put our 1 year old in the same room as our two year old and our 2 yr old kept waking him by turning on the light in the middle of the night. Several layers of duct tape didnt stop him. I researched a lot of switch covers for our toddlers room and finally chose this one based on how solid and sturdy it seemed. Its been installed for a week and so far so good! It was easy to put on and my toddler cant reach his little fingers up there yet. No more playing with his toys in the middle of the night! ;) Great product!

If you need a cover for a light switch in a childs room, this is the one to get. We were having trouble with my son getting up and turning the lights on when he was supposed to be sleeping. This is great because adults can turn the light on and off but his little fingers cant reach it. So now he knows he cant and it isnt even a fight anymore. We are so glad we got this light switch cover. Would definitely recommend it.

Purchased this in hopes it would help curb the nighttime monkey business going on in my 2 1/2 year-old twins bedroom at bedtime. It worked just as I had hoped! No more shenanigans! Not much they can do in a dark room besides go to sleep. Yay! Easy to install and easy for adults to use. Not so much for tiny little fingers.

This is great. My youngest (18 mos) figured out that if she stood up on her tippy toes in her crib she could reach the light to turn it on and off. This didnt bother me that much until she was crying at 4:30am and I went in to settle her down and she was sitting in her crib with the lights on. My 3 year old also figured out if she climbed up the side of the crib she too could reach the light switch. Neither of them are able to operate the switch with the guard on. I do forget it is on there EVERY TIME I try to turn on the light but we have only had it for a few weeks. It is very easy to opperate the switch if you have adult size fingers. It took no time to install (unscrew screws, screw in screws).

My toddler was turning on the lights in her bedroom during nap and at bed time and very early morning. This happened for about two days and I will went in Amazon to see what I could find. This product had the best reviews and with a few clicks it was on its way. It arrived quickly and immediately solved my problem! It was easy to install and after a few days of trying to get around it my daughter gave up her interest in the switch. Thank you!!! This product saved nap time!!

Pretty much what I expected it to be, and overall what I wanted it to do. The picture made it seem like it might slide open and close, but maybe thats just my imagination. Also, the top and bottom part is open, but itll fool the average bear.
