This product has been very helpful and I feel great after a week of using it. I was dealing with bloating all the time and now that hasnt been an issue since I started drinking this twice a day.

The taste was very strong/sweet and very gritty. Did not like. No return on this product so kinda sad.

ColonSweep is a Psyllium husk based fiber and probiotic colon cleanser that provides 4g fiber per serving. In Addition to Psyllium husk it includes fiber from acacia gum & chicory root. This also includes a probiotic blend and Herbal ingredients to support liver and metabolic health. Jar contains 60 servings that you mix 1 scoop into 12-14 oz of water. Instructions say to take this twice a day but that is way more fiber supplement than I require or would be comfortable taking daily. I take 1500 Mg of Psyllium husk daily and one serving of this is already more than 2.5 times that amount of fiber. That is fine by me as This will last me 60 days instead of 30

This dietary supplement named “Colon Sweep”, when taken as the directions provide, made me become regular in 1.5 days. I was suffering from a typical bout of Constipation from not being efficiently hydrated. I took this Colon Sweep per the directions (twice daily before meals), and it really helped clear up my constipation. It did give me some flatulence prior and before my bowel movement, but that was to be expected with Psyllium husk as an ingredient. This strawberry flavored dietary drink mix dissolves very quickly in water, and has a pleasant citrus- strawberry flavor. I like that you need less than most name brand fibrous supplements. Its consistency in a beverage is not thick and goopy like most fibrous supplements. Rather it is more liquid, and easy to swallow. Also, this supplement contains everything you need to keep your digestive tract operating normally, especially if you diet is lacking like mine. This supplement is a Prebiotic, a Probiotic, a Liver cleanse, and Metabolic enhancer. Also of note, this container has 80 servings, and will last a very long time. For me, I find that I only need to take this 2x a week to help me stay regular. Colon Sweep is very potent and powerful-!

I have been taking psyllium husk fiber supplements for several years to help with digestive issues and lowering cholesterol, but I wanted to try something different than just plan psyllium fiber. I came across this supplement and figured I would give it a shot. I have only been taking this supplement for a few weeks, but I like it better than my normal psyllium fiber supplement. It has a pleasant strawberry taste and mixes well in pretty much any liquid. Sometimes Ill mix it into my yogurt when I eat breakfast--that also works well. I have felt great since taking it. I like that this supplement also includes probiotics, a liver support blend, and a metabolic support blend, which most psyllium fiber supplements definitely do not contain. This product is also very gentle for those who have not had the greatest experience with fiber supplements. Yes, it is more expensive than plain psyllium fiber, but I think this product is worth the extra cost.
