> 3 dayI was a bit leery at first, but after installing two of these, one at my house and one at anothers house, I looked at the feed on my analyzer, and I didnt see any detectable difference in loss or impedance bump with the feed-through, compared without it. People I tested with also noticed no difference.

> 3 dayfor 50 bucks you get a window passthrough with minimal power loss and you do not have to drill holes in your walls. Update after one year the cable is separating. It still works though

> 3 dayExpensive, but well made. No noticeable negative effect on SWR. Two more connections in the run, so has be some added signal loss, but I have no way to measure just how much. It certainly seems low enough that it does not matter to me; I didnt want to have to drill holes in the house walls, and this is a great solution.

Greater than one weekWindows in our leased house are the swing-out variety, so the usual slide-window pass-throughs dont fit. I eventually bought three of these, one for HF, one for VHF and one for UHF. Insertion loss is better than I expected, and SWR is acceptable in all three bands. The only downside is that being as thin as they are theyre not the sturdiest. Best used in locations where you can put them in and then dont open/close the windows a lot.

> 3 day$60 for this?? I graduated to big power, and even my transceivers running barefoot will not work well with this. I ran a Heathkit HW101, Yeasu FT857D, FT1200DX, FT897, all had more loss using this than using a piece of square tube closed into a window with SO259/239 connectors, and N connectors, as well as ladder line, hard line and window line balanced cables. If you are renting, this is a very viable option, but $60!?!

> 3 dayI have three of these in use and I love them! Im using them on 40 through 10 meters and they have virtually no impact on SWR. Im using them as a temporary measure until the weather improves, but they have been working so well that I can see them being used in permanent installations.

02-06-2025it kind of pricy but now I dont have to listen to my wife complain about the window and screen open to run my coax into the house...I have dual pane sliding vinyl windows and i can close them and lock them with out disconnecting my coax...I have not heard anyone say my signal has dropped since I installed it but I only use it for 2 meter/ 70 CM and max 50 watts if you want to close your window and dont want to continue to use your radio just get it
