> 3 dayThe convenience-factor is high in this one. It gives you a chance to breath and decide exactly where you want to drill that hole in the wall, rather than jumping the gun and drilling in a location youll regret later. Best left in-place and only moved occasionally, but in general they wear well (just in case your final decision is slow coming).

> 3 dayit kind of pricy but now I dont have to listen to my wife complain about the window and screen open to run my coax into the house...I have dual pane sliding vinyl windows and i can close them and lock them with out disconnecting my coax...I have not heard anyone say my signal has dropped since I installed it but I only use it for 2 meter/ 70 CM and max 50 watts if you want to close your window and dont want to continue to use your radio just get it

> 3 dayBought to run non amplified loads, works fantastic for HF/VHF. Given the cost of good connectors is about $20 for a pair, and some cable to put between them and a nice chassis for each end, its not hard to price out and justify the overall price. Pros: Easy to install Little modification to pre-existing structures, maybe some screw holes or use double sided tape for mounting. Pretty good construction Works great for window use, my installation closes nice and easy, still seals well with it installed. (modern double pane vinyl) Cons: Not super heavy duty, not designed for high watt/amp use. Other thoughts: Not going to work with storm windows that you want to close. They are a good stop gap to get you on the air until you get a amp and run actual feed lines from your ham shack.

> 3 dayWorks great. Better than drilling a hole through the wall. Ive had it about a year and it has been a very good product.

> 3 dayWorks great! Using it for a scanner antenna and getting that antenna outside made a world of difference, I don’t see any notice loss with this product.

> 3 dayWindows in our leased house are the swing-out variety, so the usual slide-window pass-throughs dont fit. I eventually bought three of these, one for HF, one for VHF and one for UHF. Insertion loss is better than I expected, and SWR is acceptable in all three bands. The only downside is that being as thin as they are theyre not the sturdiest. Best used in locations where you can put them in and then dont open/close the windows a lot.

> 3 dayThis is intended as a 50 ohm flat window sash pass-through for coaxial cable used by amateur radio operators or others who need to get the coax from outside to inside without drilling a hole in wall or window sash for coax. It is quite flat with overall thickness of about 1/16 inch so it can use the space between the window sash and frame. It is well constructed with sealed joints on the ribbon conductor.
