> 24 hourThis is a quality umbrella with good sun coverage. I live in Arizona and it feels cooler under this umbrella vs. a normal umbrella.

> 24 hourOnly heard good things about Coolibar umbrellas. Given I would be working with youth in the desert figured I’d make the purchase. Pro’s: it does shade really well Con’s: slightest wind and it blows up, the handle is rather short so holding its chest level it will sit on your head, the shaft of the umbrella wiggles Over all the sun shade part is great, the rest of the umbrella is poor quality

> 24 hourWorks for the sun but it is very flimsy when it’s even just kind of windy. Should cost less for sure ! Definitely just for one person, not big enough for 2 people

> 24 hourOverall, good product. Large enough to cover all parts. Giving it four stars because it is VERY hard to close—the spring mechanism requires a lot of pull down force and is not easy.

> 24 hourThe umbrella looks pretty nice. Once its folded up, the strap fastened and in its included sleeve its very handy to keep in the cars glove box and should fit in most purses pretty easily. The good: Looks great. Compact, the included sleeve makes it pack up very nicely. The bad: Very flimsy. I dont believe this was made for rain... with rain usually comes some wind and all the hard parts are made of cheap plastic, INCLUDING the handle and rod going to the top. There are 8 total ribs, but they are extremely weak. Do NOT buy if you want to use it for good rain protection, because a tiny bit of wind and it will collapse or break. Its not a big umbrella, so when the edges collapse in to where you see the second dome in the face of wind, your rain protection will be very small. The end of the ribs look like theyre made of an exceptionally weak fishing rod, because they bend easily and the rest of the ribs are plastic and thin, so even if they wouldnt bend the whole thing would just break anyway, so the designers im sure figured itd be better to not be functional in wind than to break entirely. Final thought: The only thing this is good for is for protection from the sun on calm days or light rain with little wind. If you need it for that, its a great umbrella, but dont bother for stormy weather. If Coolibar wants to make a great umbrella, they should really actually make certain parts out of Titanium so it lives up to its name in more than just color.

> 24 hourIt really is SIGNIFICANTLY cooler under one of these! Great product. If it wasnt so bulky id still be using it. I switched to the EuroSchirm Lite Trek umbrella instead. But my husband absolutely loves his Coolibar.

> 24 hourYou can really feel the difference under the umbrella during the sunny days. Unlike other umbrellas that can magnify the heat under the cover, with this one you can really feel that there is less heat and the UV protection is great. BUT this is NOT A WIND RESISTANT umbrella. Just a little gust of wind will flip this upside down. However, I bought this for the sun protection it offers so I am happy and bought another one when it went on sale.

> 24 hourCarry shade wherever you go. 30 degrees cooler than being in the sun. Opens at the touch of a button. Hasn’t fallen apart yet.

> 24 hourI’ve used this umbrella for a total of 60 days of travel in Europe and the Middle East. It has just started to show wear. It is very wind tolerant and offers tremendous protection from the sun’s u.v. rays, but a MAJOR side advantage when in the sun for any length of time, is it is considerably cooler under it! Makes walking around outdoor tourist sites imminently more enjoyable!
