> 24 hourLove this!!! I was recently treated for a Cancerous Mole on my face and my daughter had insisted that I purchase this umbrella. She owns one also. I get teased that Im keeping the Aliens away, but at the same time more of my family members and friends are buying one too. It works great, and feels good when Im under it, because it not only keeps me cool, but also its comforting to know Ive got good protection. Its big enough to get good coverage, and compact enough to store in my purse. The slip cover is a tad awkward at times to get off, but Im ok with it because its keeping my umbrella from getting soiled or broken. I never go outside without it, even if its just walking a short distance until Im out of the sun.

> 24 hourExcellent! Like being under a big shady tree. You absolutely are protected from the sun. My mom takes meds and cant have direct sunlight. .this umbrella is perfect. Auto open & close... UPDATE: 3years later my umbrella still is amazing. Holds up to regular use and is still in excellent condition! Well made excellent product!!!

> 24 hourThis umbrella worked well just for a few days after arriving. Then, it started closing itself and now it cant keep open for use anymore. Money wasted. This would be the second time I suffer a similar situation with these umbrellas.

> 24 hourThis umbrella made sunny, 90-degree days in a theme park completely bearable. It definitely felt significantly cooler under the umbrella, and it even kept us from getting burned at the beach. We encountered some windy weather, and though the umbrella blew inside-out a few times, it always slid easily back to the right way. It opened and closed easily dozens of times.

> 24 hourFor the price I expected something more sturdy. Kinda awkward length would have been better if it was a bit longer but I needed it to travel. Im going to look into the next size up thats longer and has a handle

> 24 hourThe handle was a little wobbly from the day 1, but I figured it should be OK, and it was; it blocked the suns rays nicely. That is, until late summer this year. It literally collapsed one day while in use, with a big BANG! Now it wont open. Automatic umbrellas mechanism tend to go before the rest of the umbrella, but really, you would think it should last a little longer at this price. Ive had a rain umbrella (with automatic mechanism) given to me as a free-bee live much longer than this. I think this one is overpriced for the quality. UPDATE: I contacted Coolibar; it turns out the umbrella is guaranteed for life. They replaced it for free. I have my finger crossed that this one wont collapse like the last one. (It was difficult not to have my best sun protection for a while.)

> 24 hourI bought this to protect myself from the intense sun here in the southwest. It works great for providing shade and allows air to flow through the woven vents around the top. I decided to take it with me on a trip to Six Flags and Disneyland. Anyone whos ever stood in line for hours at a time in the summer heat at one of these places knows how unbearable it can get. It made a big difference. It was easy to open and close and also easy to stow and carry. It doesnt, however, do well in strong wind. I would definitely recommend this product but urge some caution if strong or gusty winds are present.

> 24 hourGood sun protection. It does feel a little flimsy compared to the other top brand, but its not for busting the wind; its for protection against sun damage. The other brand doesnt consistently produce the 43 umbrella, and that one is only available through one vendor; so this meets that gap. I bought two and use one everyday.

> 24 hourThis is a quality material and opens a closes well. It has a funky plastic fish smell. Hopefully as I let it air out it will go away.
