i like the portability and flexibility of it. but when im done sweeping all the accumulated dirt from the vacuum falls out. pretty frustrating. a few days after posting my review i was contacted by the company. they offered to send me for free an upgraded model whith corrected faults. i was very pleased with their service and willingness to accomodate me. i am super happy with the new model. it is really massive! the new model is definitely worth to buy! thank you again, pretty care!

This is my second pretty care vacuum as the first ones battery died and was unable to recharge. The company was very quick to respond and helped me with purchasing this newer model. The vacuum has a lot of suction and with the powered and LED lights spinning roller bruch it picks up everything. The battery is detachable making recharging very easy. The unit is very quiet and easy to manuever on stairs, under furniture and under bed frames.

I really like how easy and convenient this little vacuum is. However the extension stick attached to the handheld part and I can’t seem to get the button to take it off to work. So I’m just dealing with it. Probably would be more effective on small jobs if I could put the attachments directly on the handheld part.

This vacuum cleaner does great and has an outstanding battery and cleaning performance. Also fits in the budget quite nicely and is way ahead in performance as compared to other vacuum cleaners at this price.

The vacuum I had originally bought broke within 4-5 months of purchase but thankfully the warranty covered it. The battery was not working and was not removable. I quickly reached out to the the customer service email and a representative named Oliver helped us navigate their process. We had to purchase the new vacuum on our own and then get reimbursed for the original vacuum via Amazon. The 2nd vacuum arrived within days, beautiful bright color and seems to have more suction and power than the original. The other differences is that battery is removable for charging. Pretty happy with my replacement!

Love this vacuum. Only thing I dont care for is the small brush attachment. Theres a plastic end to it that makes the brush part of it obsolete. When using it on my celling corners, Im afraid the black plastic part will leave a mark on the wall. Otherwise a handy little vacuum.

I had the previous version of this vacuum which was great and decided to upgrade. Battery lasts a lot longer and suction power is phenomenal. Didn’t take long to charge and it’s built is very sturdy. Great customer service also. Answered all my questions before I ordered.

I had an issue with a previous model and the customer service representative I worked with responded quickly and got my problem fixed without issue. The vacuum works great for picking up the cat hair in my apartment!
