I’ve been searching for a good vacuum that picks up cat hair and litter without having to go over it a million times! I’ve tried Dyson, Shark, and Samsung and they all just seem to not be able to suck up litter or big food crumbs without repeatedly going over it. This vacuum is pretty decent for the price and picks everything up in one swoop! It’s a very lightweight user friendly vacuum. The ONLY complaint I have is that I wish the +/- button was it’s own separate button because if you’re not precise with pressing it, it will turn it off because it’s on the same panel as the power button. It’s just annoying but not a deal breaker. (This vacuum isn’t good on high pile carpets) if that is something you’re specifically looking for.

I purchased a W300 last June which worked great for several months. Back in April however, the brush on the head stopped working. Since it was out of the return window I thought I was out of luck. On a whim I decided to contact Prettycare customer support and man am I glad that I did. After walking me through some simple initial trouble shooting, they offered to send me a brand new unit at no cost. I received a new W100 and it works amazing. The battery life and suction on the W100 is top notch and I will always support a company that stands behind their product and customers like Prettycare does! I cant recommend the W100 and Prettycare enough!!

Works well for its size. Great for apartment living. Ok on carpet. Good on hardwood. Does fill up pretty quick. Especially when you’ve got a lot of pet fur to pick up! Doesn’t do so well picking up plant leaves/flowers. I like the nozzle options and extender. It can be a little tough to switch between nozzles/removing the extender.

The vacuum I had originally bought broke within 4-5 months of purchase but thankfully the warranty covered it. The battery was not working and was not removable. I quickly reached out to the the customer service email and a representative named Oliver helped us navigate their process. We had to purchase the new vacuum on our own and then get reimbursed for the original vacuum via Amazon. The 2nd vacuum arrived within days, beautiful bright color and seems to have more suction and power than the original. The other differences is that battery is removable for charging. Pretty happy with my replacement!

This is my second pretty care vacuum as the first ones battery died and was unable to recharge. The company was very quick to respond and helped me with purchasing this newer model. The vacuum has a lot of suction and with the powered and LED lights spinning roller bruch it picks up everything. The battery is detachable making recharging very easy. The unit is very quiet and easy to manuever on stairs, under furniture and under bed frames.

Thanks to prettycare for helping me out with our new vacuum due to our other one that broke they sent me a new one right away! Great customer service
