Wow! I was skeptical, however, this is the best vacuum ever. Its quiet, fast charging, lightweight, affordable, and very powerful. I went from tile to hardwood to area rugs, and it did GREAT! Very happy.

With a cat and dog we love this lightweight, powerful vacuum! When the floor brush stopped rolling on our W200, I reached out to Prettycare and they worked with me on troubleshooting and finally a replacement. This is a great product!

I purchased a W300 last June which worked great for several months. Back in April however, the brush on the head stopped working. Since it was out of the return window I thought I was out of luck. On a whim I decided to contact Prettycare customer support and man am I glad that I did. After walking me through some simple initial trouble shooting, they offered to send me a brand new unit at no cost. I received a new W100 and it works amazing. The battery life and suction on the W100 is top notch and I will always support a company that stands behind their product and customers like Prettycare does! I cant recommend the W100 and Prettycare enough!!

This would have gotten 5 stares IF the top tube release button worked to change accessories. Suction was great,turns easily. The problem came when we went to change to a small accessory the release refused to give. 1 hr, 2 people pushing button and pulling tube. Had to come apart regardless because you had to ship back in original box. So sad I really like the the product.*The Company contacted me and gave me three offers to make this right. I had already returned item and was credited so they offered a card card. Company gets 5 stars for Customer Service!

I love this little vacuum! It’s perfect for a quick clean around the house or for small vacuum jobs. My kids love it too! We prefer to use this vacuum over our Dyson on a daily basis.

Dont buy this crappy vacuum! It worked ok for a few days & then the suction got really weak & the brush broke. Splurge on a better well known brand.

The vacuum feature works pretty well, but I can not able to get the waste canister to detach from the stick. The provided button does nothing, so I’m not able to use all of the features. Disappointing.

This is my second pretty care vacuum and it is a fantastic product. Gets the job done. And excellent customer service
