I got this vacuum a few weeks ago and not the battery won’t charge anymore. Very disappointed. Update: The costumer service is amazing and offered me a free replacement for my vacuum. Love to see initiative from the seller to satisfy their costumers.

We bought the product because we have hardwood floors, area rugs and cats. So we needed something to handle multiple surfaces, and a strong enough product for litter, fur and dust. It delivers on all items. The only thing better than the product is the company commitment to customers and outstanding customer service. When I had product question, they responded promptly, professionally and with accurate information. They followed up to make sure my questions were answered. light weight, works well for the small area I need to maintain.

I ordered a vacuum w200, It was defective. The company told me to order an upgrade W100 and when I received it, they would reimburse me. I did as they said. I was in touch with them after I received the new vacuum and gave my order #. I have emailed them many times but they do not reply.. I have also tried DM on Facebook and they tell me to use email. I have never been treated like this before. I told them if I didnt hear back, I would post a negative review. Still no reply.

Works great for my wood floors and two dogs!!! You can see the hair when I start, and then its all gone! Something my old plug in vacuum couldnt do! Great for the price.
