This would have gotten 5 stares IF the top tube release button worked to change accessories. Suction was great,turns easily. The problem came when we went to change to a small accessory the release refused to give. 1 hr, 2 people pushing button and pulling tube. Had to come apart regardless because you had to ship back in original box. So sad I really like the the product.*The Company contacted me and gave me three offers to make this right. I had already returned item and was credited so they offered a card card. Company gets 5 stars for Customer Service!

Im giving this a one star because the wand is stuck to the motor and I cant get it off. Unable to use it with the attachments. Very small vacuum head. This is only good for a small apartment or dorm. Im returning for a full refund. The cup is very small also and requires constant emptying.

This is my second vacuum. The first one had the battery go out and the CSR team was great, they handled everything and gave me a full refund so I had to get another one because I was so happy with the first one. Don’t waste your money on those name brands, this is powerful and long lasting. I will never buy anything else!

This sleek and powerful vacuum fits neatly where my Roomba cant fit (under counter ledges, and low furniture). Its light weight, and compact size (plus adjustable handle) make cleaning up pet hair from my sofa easy. It uses powerful rotating brushes, and other attachments to be ultimately flexible in rapid need uses. The bagless bin empties easily, and has a washable filter. The flexibility of the swivel head takes a bit of getting used too, as it is so flexible. One of the best parts is it that it hangs up easily with the discreet wall hang hook. So you can keep it tucked away neatly or keep it on display in your high traffic areas for quick deployment, it is a small and a pretty teal accented color. This is not designed or intended as a whole house vacuum, but as a rapid deployment (thorough) clean up device (as in a kitchen setting where you inevitably spill stuff while cooking). The battery is removeable for charging, or you can charge it while installed in the vacuum. This means the battery is replaceable, should you ever need to replace, or even keep a spare on hand. This vacuum stick is an elegant solution for daily use, and for quick clean ups. The battery lasts about 30 -45 minutes before needing to be re-charged. I recommend this vacuum as an excellent addition to your cleaning arsenal.

Comes with different brush heads. Purchased the other color last year but not worked properly so they replaced with a new one. Nice job on aftercare. Highly recommend.
