Works well for its size. Great for apartment living. Ok on carpet. Good on hardwood. Does fill up pretty quick. Especially when you’ve got a lot of pet fur to pick up! Doesn’t do so well picking up plant leaves/flowers. I like the nozzle options and extender. It can be a little tough to switch between nozzles/removing the extender.

I purchased a PRETTYCARE vacuum last year and it stopped working so I contacted customer support to see if there was any chance of replacing it. They were quick to respond and offer a replacement and refund. I couldn’t be happier and it’s a great vacuum to get the job done quickly and easily!

I guess you get what you pay for. It’s weak and needs to be charge constantly.

Im giving this a one star because the wand is stuck to the motor and I cant get it off. Unable to use it with the attachments. Very small vacuum head. This is only good for a small apartment or dorm. Im returning for a full refund. The cup is very small also and requires constant emptying.

The W 100 cordless vacuum was very easy to put together. It has great suction, and all the attachments make it a very versatile vacuum.

Love this vacuum, its a must. Easy to use, strong suction the light on the brush assemly makes it easier to see dust and dirt that you would normally not see. It is light weight and makes clean up a breeze. We have mostly hardwood floors with area rugs throughout and works great on both hardwood and our short area rugs.

So far we are pleased. Very light weight and easy to use and clean.

This would have gotten 5 stares IF the top tube release button worked to change accessories. Suction was great,turns easily. The problem came when we went to change to a small accessory the release refused to give. 1 hr, 2 people pushing button and pulling tube. Had to come apart regardless because you had to ship back in original box. So sad I really like the the product.*The Company contacted me and gave me three offers to make this right. I had already returned item and was credited so they offered a card card. Company gets 5 stars for Customer Service!
