This is a good vacuum. I had bought a previous model several months ago and the battery died and it would only work for like 90 seconds. I reached out to customer service and they were excellent in helping me replace it with this one. This one seems a bit better than the last one. It’s rare to find good customer service these days.

I just got this vacuum today. Put all the parts together and put it to work vacuuming my hardwood floors and a few rugs. Stay charged the entire time without a problem. Suction was good enough to do a dining room rug and really did well on my hardwood floors. I’m only giving it four stars because I think the parts are hard to put together and take apart. I am an older woman who doesn’t have much strength in my hands, and I’m finding it hard to get the pieces disconnected that need to come apart for cleaning. Don’t like the fact that I may have to ask my husband to help me each time I need to clean the filter or detach the metal tube between the motor and the floor brush. Also, I did get this at a discount price. There’s no way any one should be paying $300 for this vacuum. It’s really just a cross between a Dustbuster and a Shark vacuum cleaner.

I love this product! I find it easy to grab and easy to use with it being lite weight.

We bought this product for out office with over 200 employees and it holds up really really well with everyday use! Had an issue with a previous model but I was able to reach out to the customer service team who was super helpful and communicative the whole way. Overall awesome product awesome customer service definitely would recommend.

Wow! I was skeptical, however, this is the best vacuum ever. Its quiet, fast charging, lightweight, and very powerful. We love this vacuum.

I got this vacuum a few weeks ago and not the battery won’t charge anymore. Very disappointed. Update: The costumer service is amazing and offered me a free replacement for my vacuum. Love to see initiative from the seller to satisfy their costumers.

The vacuum I had originally bought broke within 4-5 months of purchase but thankfully the warranty covered it. The battery was not working and was not removable. I quickly reached out to the the customer service email and a representative named Oliver helped us navigate their process. We had to purchase the new vacuum on our own and then get reimbursed for the original vacuum via Amazon. The 2nd vacuum arrived within days, beautiful bright color and seems to have more suction and power than the original. The other differences is that battery is removable for charging. Pretty happy with my replacement!

It’s light weight and very functional. I really like that it turns into a handheld version. Great for the stairs.
